By commissioning me, you agree to my terms below.
Payment is made before I start sketching
I have the right to refuse or cancel an order if I feel I cannot draw it anymore or if I don't feel comfortable.
I keep the ownership of any poses, designs and WIPs that were not used in the final piece.
You can order 3 different drawings at the same time (please remember that each one will have its own production time! And that I will work on one at a time).
Sketches take 1 to 4 weeks to complete (the time may increase or decrease depending on the number of characters, complexity of the piece, your place in the list and the frequency of your responses)
Any significant changes after the lineart is completed will cost up to 50% of the original price, before that, any changes will be free. For illustrations: after the colors are set will be charged 70% for any additions or removals of characters/elements.
You can post it anywhere, just give me credit if necessary.
You cannot edit the drawing in any other way then; crop, resize, and adding color to a transparent background (with the only condition that the watermark is still visible).
You cannot use the artworks for any commercial purposes unless we have agreed to it in advance (Keep in mind that the price will be proportionally higher).
My art cannot be used in or as NFT, AI nor any associated/similar technologies.
I will only post artwork publicly with the consent of the commissioner, you can also remain anonymous, just let me know in advance.
I don't do refunds unless I can't make/finish the piece, so keep that in mind when requesting for a commission.
